Join Yachun, "YC," AFAA group fitness instructor for a fun low impact class to develop muscular strength, endurance and improve function and cardiorespiratory health. The class starts with warm up followed by easy to follow cardio dance to awesome music.  The second half of the class, we will use free weights and resistance tubes for strength training exercises. The class ends with stretches to increase flexibility and relax the body. There are no floor exercises." Instructor: Yachun Lin
