Looking to improve your aerobic capacity, yet not able to stand for long periods of time? Take a seat for 30 minutes while listening to music that makes you want to dance! Each class also includes 30 minutes of standing or seated strengthening exercises of the major muscle groups in the body. We end with a relaxing cool down. This workout is a fun way to improve your overall health and no two classes are ever the same!
