Carolyn Martin
This class is designed with 30 minutes of standing exercises, followed by 30 minutes of floor exercises. You will enjoy a combination of cardio fitness and muscle conditioning with the additional elements of yoga and Tai Chi sprinkled in. These styles are blended into movements to help with an individuals balance, agility and strength, and to keep you invigorated for your everyday activities. In addition, you will receive instruction about how to execute these exercises and why we are doing certain movements to enhance your overall fitness experience. Stretching and relaxation included at the end of the class. Please have water for drinking during class, 2 - 5 lbs dumb bells. You can use 2 water bottles, or canned goods for weights too. Instructor: Carolyn Martin conducted via zoom, with option to come to the Community Center to work out with classmates.
