Pilates & Barre with Ellen Gaies

This is a fun and challenging workout that includes both floor and standing barre to engage and strengthen your CORE muscles, and improve balance, flexibility, and posture. Yoga exercises will also be taught to help you relax and stretch during class. Modifications/options will be provided for all levels of experience and any physical concerns. We will use the following props if you have them available: light weights, (or any cans from your pantry), resistance/therapy bands, Pilates ball or pillow, mat, and a chair. Instructor, Ellen Gaies, is a Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Zumba and Ballet instructor with 30 years of teaching and sharing her love for movement, health/nutrition and staying fit.
