Circuit Training with Terry Currier Register View Cart

Increase your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance in this energetic, music-infused, whole-body circuit workout. Using hand weights, you will alternate muscle-building exercises with aerobic challenges and balance drills. 3 to 5-pound dumbbells are recommended, but canned goods and water bottles will also work well. Instructor: Terry Currier conducted via Zoom
Class Structure:
5 minute warm up
5 ten-minute circuits (sets of four exercises performed for 12 - 16 repetitions then repeated)
5 minute stretches
