Terry Currier
Increase your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance in this energetic, music-infused, whole-body circuit workout. Using hand weights and resistance bands you will alternate muscle-building exercises with aerobic challenges and balance drills. 3 to 5-pound dumbbells are recommended, as well as a 5-foot resistance band and a light to medium circular band.
