This class will introduce simple Tai Chi movements to improve one’s health and balance to help prevent falling injuries. The class will start with easy follow-along warm-up Qigong exercise, Eight Pieces of Fine Brocades. Then, students will learn selected simple and easy-to-learn Tai Chi postures and movements focusing on gaining one’s balance to prevent falling and improve general health condition.
