BUDA (Boston Ultimate Disc Alliance) Ultimate Frisbee Clinics

BUDA youth frisbee would like to invite you to join our youth frisbee program for grades K-12 in Lexington, with both recreational programs and very competitive, highly coached "Youth Club" teams.

Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact sport that encourages a lot of running and teamwork. Instead of referees, players are encouraged to learn the rules and make their own calls. Not easy, but a valuable life skill. We use an assortment of adult and high school assistant coaches to give all players a great experience.
