Forever Fit with Judy Whitney
Welcome to the world of fitness! Has your doctor or physical therapist told you to exercise, but you have no idea where to begin. Join personal trainer , Judy Whitney, with over 30 years of experience, as she teaches you how to develop strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, stabilize the core and calm the body and mind. Forever Fit will provide individual assessments to each participant, followed by one on one and group training sessions on Mondays from 2:00 - 2:55pm and Thursdays from 2:00-2:55pm . Please attend our information session on Monday, September 13th at 2:00pm in Fitness Room 006 at the Lexington Community Center. This program is available to Lexington residents over the age of 60 and is free of charge due to generous funding by the Dana Home Foundation. Registration for the 12-week program will take place after the meeting on 9/13.
