Welcome to the world of fitness! Has your doctor or physical therapist told you to exercise but you have no idea where to begin?  Let us help you by first attending our virtual information session on Monday, April 4 at 1:00 p.m.  Learn more about this exciting program, taught by Judy Whitney, personal trainer with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. “Forever Fit” will provide individual assessments followed by one on one and group training sessions on Monday, Wednesday and some Thursday afternoons at 2:00 pm. Other times can be arranged with the instructor. Whether your goal is to develop strength, improve balance or increase flexibility, this program is available to assist you. Our approach is first to develop a rapport with you in an attempt to better understand what your individual needs are. Together, we will formulate realistic and attainable goals and work with you to reach these goals.  For more information please email Judy Whitney:
