Aerobics for Active Adults with Diane Taylor - Outdoors
This class will include a warm up, low-impact aerobic dancing, muscle toning with light weights, and stretching. Please wear layered exercise clothes and sneakers or sturdy shoes.
Please bring a towel or mat to lay on, a water bottle and a sense of humor. Instructor: Diane Taylor conducted in person outdoors at the Community Center. Instructor: Diane Taylor
