This complete morning workout will be guided by Bodil Nilsson. The hour will include a dynamic stretching warm-up and will progress through weight bearing, resistance, and cardiovascular exercises. Mat/floor work targeting specific muscle groups will also be incorporated. All levels of ability are welcome. Participants should bring a jump rope, exercise mat, two 5-10 lb. hand weights, and a water bottle. Participants will also receive an Early Morning/Evening Gym ID Card.
