This popular full-body exercise program is for all ages and levels of fitness. Beginners, and anyone looking to re-start their fitness routine, are welcome. Join us for this fun, energetic, community-based course that blends upper and lower body weight exercise as well as cardiovascular activities. Lori Becker from CrossFit Exclamation (CFE) Fitness lead this welcoming program. All levels of ability are welcome to participate. Participants should bring a jump rope, exercise mat, and two 5-10 lb. hand weights.
