Spring NFL FLAG Football League

This program is prioritized for Lexington residents. Registration for residents will open on Tuesday, February 25th at 6:00am.

Non-residents will be eligible to register starting on Tuesday, March 11th at 6:00am.

NFL FLAG Football is a popular five-on-five game filled with fun and action. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. Participants in each age group will be divided into teams of 8-12 players, coached by volunteer parents.

Please be sure to indicate if you would like to be a volunteer for the season during registration. Volunteer coaches will receive coaching content from the TeamSnap app.

The season will run from April 27 - June 8 (no games on Sunday, May 26). Weekly session includes a 15-minute warm up/practice session, followed by a 45-minute game. The 1st/2nd grade division and 3rd/4th grade division games will take place on Sunday nights at Lincoln Park from 6:30-7:30pm. The 5th/6th grade division, and 7th/8th grade division will take place on Sunday nights from 7:30-8:30pm under the lights. Game schedules will be released prior to the season via the TeamSnap app.

Participants will receive a game jersey and mouth guard. The jerseys do run a little small, so please be sure to go up a size if you are unsure. Please refer to the attached image or visit the NFL Flag website for more details regarding sizing. Cleats can be worn (non-metal) or sneakers, and a mouth guard must be used.
