Ayurveda is an ancient Indian health system that looks to optimize health by holistically caring for the body, mind, and spirit. Learn how to apply Ayurvedic self-care practices to your everyday life so you can feel healthy, energized, and inspired. You’ll learn how to:

* Live in harmony with the seasons, circadian cycle, and hormonal fluctuations to feel more energized.
* Create a daily self-care routine that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
* Optimize your health by considering four key factors.
* Improve your sleep so you feel well-rested and clear-headed.
* Decrease belly bloat and understand the factors that cause weight gain with age.
* Keep your immunity, vitality, and radiance strong throughout life.

You'll leave this workshop with a clear understanding of how to use Ayurveda for your unique constitution and situation. Self-care IS a spiritual practice. Instructor: Lisa Marie Rankin conducted in person.
