If you are looking to find an alternative to chronic dieting, join Barbara Collins, our registered dietitian, for a 5 week course on Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to improving your relationship with food. Current research has shown that becoming an intuitive eater is good for the mind, body and soul. You will learn about the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating. Class size is limited to 12.
