Intro to Bike Maintenance
Not sure how to maintain your bike? Come to this one-hour workshop, learn how to: do a pre-ride inspection, clean your bike, lube cables and chain, grease seat post, check necessary bolts, and check tires and other rubber parts for dry rot and wear, and know when it is time to see a bike mechanic.

Bring your bike, wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to get a little dirty.

Flat Tire Clinic
Learning to fix a flat tire on your bike is quick and easy!
Join Jim Cadenhead, local resident, professional bike mechanic, and owner of Battle Road Bikes, as he teaches you how to get back on the road in no time. You will learn the skills you need, the tools to take on your ride, how to properly pump up your tires, how to install a tube, and tips for preventing flat tires.

Bring your bike, or at least a bike tire. If you already have tools for fixing a flat, bring them along to practice. No tools? No problem! Tire levers and air pumps will be available for use during the class for those who don't own one.
