Art of Nature

Time: 9:30-10:15am
Location: Lexington Community Center
Ages: 2-5w/caregiver

Snip, Swirl, Stick
This class focuses on scissor skills! For the first half of class each child will work on cutting various objects to use in their art. Once they are finished cutting, they will use a gluey paint to cover their paper with color. Finally they will add their cutouts to their page. Tape, paper and string are examples of what they will practice cutting each class! This class can be modified to ripping or having adult assistance with cutting, to make this class perfect for all ages!
