Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Tuesdays, October 15 – November 19, 1:00 – 2:30 pm
By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. This workshop is a six-week educational program designed to build the skills caregivers need to take better care of themselves while caring for an adult. Through this workshop you will learn how to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, balance your life, effectively communicate in challenging situations, increase your ability to make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources.
