Intergenerational Goat Yoga • Register • View Cart •

Join us for some mindfulness and animal-assisted therapy in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month! 

Lexington Human Services has partnered with Chip-in Farm to offer two Goat Yoga classes here at the Community Center, open to all abilities. $5 per person

Event is on Friday May 2nd outside on the lawn, classes are at 10am and 11am. Each class will feature an instructor led yoga session, time to pet the goats and of course photo ops! 

*Please bring your own yoga mat or towel if you have one. Instructor can accommodate for chair yoga so please let us know if in advance so we can have that set up for you. For any questions please contact Penny Tsiounis, 781-698-4843.  Registration is required for this event!
