Get your little ones moving, learning, and smiling! This 6-week Pre-K Movement Through Sports program is designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of movement in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.
Each week, participants will explore basic skills such as running, jumping, balancing, throwing, catching, kicking, and coordination through creative games and mini-sport activities. Using elements from soccer, basketball, track & field, and other beginner-friendly sports, children build confidence while developing gross motor skills and body awareness.

All activities are non-competitive and structured to keep kids engaged with high-energy games, obstacle courses, and imaginative play. Coaches emphasize encouragement, participation, and positive reinforcement to help every child feel successful.
