This welcoming class will help you get into your body and out of your head. Move through a balanced flow designed to open and strengthen your body, steady your breath, and support mind-body connection. You’ll explore poses that cultivate strength, balance, and ease, with options offered throughout so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.
