Gentle Mindful Yoga

This gentle yoga class is designed for beginners and anyone looking to release stress, move with ease, and reconnect with their body. Through slow, guided movement and mindful breathing, you will learn to:
  • release tension
  • improve flexibility
  • calm the mind
  • feel more grounded
No prior yoga experience is needed for this all-levels class taught by Chiuling Campo, in both Mandarin and English.
