Lionheart Cub Club Volleyball program introduces the sport of volleyball to children as young as five years old. This introduction to volleyball will emphasize skill development, teamwork, and strong fundamentals through age-appropriate training and activities and this program is geared towards beginners with a focus on introducing terminology, skill building, movement, and body control.
