Table Tennis for Adults with Lai Wa (Olivia) Lam - Adult Table Tennis Mondays - Late Winter This program is designed for adults and seniors to learn table tennis skills and stay fit. Table tennis helps improve hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Class starts with 10 minutes of warm-up, followed by practicing racket grips and basic strokes for 30 minutes.
