Table Tennis for Youth with Lai Wa (Olivia) Lam - Table Tennis Ages 5-10, Early Winter This program is designed for youth and teens to learn table tennis skills and stay fit. Table tennis helps improve hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Class starts with 10 minutes of warm-up, followed by practicing racket grips and basic strokes for 30 minutes. The class will end with single/double games.Ages 11-17: No class March 20
