Join Hayato Tsurumaki on Monday and or Wednesday mornings to start the day off by getting your heart rate up and burning some calories. You will do various workouts to strengthen your upper and lower body, while participating in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), body weight, core and cardio exercises. Must pre-register for each day.
The program will normally meet at 100 Lincoln St. at the Lincoln Park Complex. We will be using Lincoln 2 (Field on the right hand side as you pull into the parking lot in between the softball and baseball field).
The class will be offered each date, but may be held virtually dependent on the weather. You will be notified by 8:00 am the day of the scheduled program if it will be held in person or virtually. Zoom information will be passed along after registration.
There is no session scheduled for Monday, October 11th in observance of Columbus Day
